FRIDAY’S
TIME-HACK

Some would say…

“Social Media is the biggest time waster!”

Yes. It’s a big one.

But there is an even bigger one.

A more fundamental time-waster.

Once you figure that one out, everything else will fall into place.

I saw it in my own life…

  • “Should I do the laundry now? Or tomorrow?”

  • “Should I wake up at 6 or at 7?”

  • “Should I uninstall YouTube from my phone or not?”

  • “Should I shower in the morning or evening?”

And many more small decisions like this. Every single day.

We don’t realize it but they are like a black hole.

They eat up your time, and you will never get it back.

Because time only goes one way: forward.

So, what do you do?

  1. Go step by step in forming pre-made decisions.

  2. This way you can focus on the actual important decisions (this tactic is also used by ceo’s btw)

  3. You can also call them ‘rules’ ‘principles’ or ‘habits’, same thing.

  4. Choose one every day - implement it - stick with it - don’t change it.

  5. By the end of the year you have over 300 small pre-made decisions implemented, that will have won you years of additional time in the upcoming years to do exciting, life changing things.
