Simply stand from your desk or work area.

3. Move around 🕺🏻

Engage in a brief, moderate-intensity activity like walking around your room or stretching.

4. Return to work 💪🏼

After the five minutes, return to your desk to resume studying or working.

5. Reflect 🤔

At the end of your study session, take a moment to notice if you feel more energized or focused.
