    Mentally scan your body for tension, relaxing each part.

  4. Reflect on your day mindfully.

    Spend 5 minutes thinking about your day's events non-judgmentally.

The Science Behind The Hack

A study conducted on university students revealed that a 12-week MBST (Mindfulness-Based Student Training), which includes elements of MBSR, led to significant reductions in stress.
